In today’s episode we addressed the automation strategy that we use with clients that have a problem with people ghosting them after they’ve set the appointment request to speak with them.
We all know that appointment reminders are a must when you’re dealing with people in general but sometimes the standard appointment reminder just doesn’t do the trick.
So when we’re looking to really tackle the potential clients experience with us we try to find ways to better nurture the potential client until we can actually show up to speak with them and that’s done through a series of 3 very impactful emails that we mention in this video.
This is not every one’s problem but if it is we like to find creative ways to help improve the show rate and close the no show gap so you can have the opportunity you need to speak with your potential client and sell your services.
