I decided to start this because so often we think in order to generate more prestamos online sales we have to add more people and spend more time, but I am a firm believer that it is actually the opposite. In order to earn more when you’re not organized or in the beginning stages you want to first look at your systems and how you’ve organized and automated your business so you an identify any gaps in those areas first.
Once you’ve learned and identified what you’re lacking in terms of 24ln processes and systems are concerned you begin to fill those gaps before you start to add additional team members to your roster. Besides, if you’re not organized in a manner to properly train and engage them on a daily basis you’ll find that you won’t get the maximum potential out of them and you’ll find yourself frustrated and still not creating the increase in sales that you desire.
